Sign up for Grizlet yourself and start a free 14-day demo in about a minute.
Anyone can create a Grizlet account for their organization. You'll become the account owner and can start creating lessons right away. The demo is free for 14 days and needs no credit card. It includes everything in the Business plan, such as points, badges and challenges for your learners, with a smaller monthly allowance of AI credits.
Enter your email
Open the sign-up page (on the sign-in page, click Create an account) and enter your email. Click Continue.
Confirm your email
We email you a 6-digit code. Type it on the sign-up page. The code expires in 10 minutes. Use Resend code if it doesn't arrive (check your spam folder too).
About you
Enter Your name, your Phone number with the country code (for example +420 777 123 456) and pick Your role: HR / People, Course creator or Other. All three are required.
What will you use Grizlet for?
Optional. Pick the topics you'll train people on and your Company size, or click Skip. The first topic you pick is preselected when you create your first lesson.
Your organization
- Organization name. If you sign up with a company email, it's filled in from your email domain.
- Account URL: the web address of your account. Your team signs in there and your learners open your lessons there. It's created from the organization name and you can change it. If the address is already taken, Grizlet suggests a free one. You can change it later in Account settings → Web address.
- Time zone: taken from your browser. Click Change to pick another one. Sequences and reminders follow it.
Agree to the Terms of Service on behalf of your organization and click Create account.
Create your first lesson
Click Create your first lesson. Grizlet opens Lessons with the Create new… dialog. Continue with Your first lesson.
We also send you a welcome email with a link to your account.
One person can create only one account this way. If your email already belongs to a Grizlet account (you're its owner or on its team), the sign-up page takes you straight to your account. To set up another organization, contact us.
After the demo
When the demo ends, the account switches to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. Items over the free plan's limits are paused until you upgrade. See your plan and usage in Account settings → Plan & usage.
