Groups
Organize learners by department, team or cohort.
A group is a named set of learners, for example a department, a team or an onboarding cohort. A learner can be in several groups.
- Create a group with New group on the Learners page.
- Add learners: select them in the list and choose Add to group….
- Filter the learner list by group, and rename the group from there.
Groups also help elsewhere:
- In Share, filter learners by group to send a lesson to the whole group.
- In lesson Results, show results for a single group.
- When importing from Slack, add new learners straight into a group.
