Learner profile
Everything about one learner — lessons, sequences, recent and upcoming activity, points, badges.
Click a learner to open their profile. At the top you see their name, the actions (Add to sequence, Share lesson, ⋯) and an overview; below it, tabs: Details, Lessons, Sequences, Recent activity, Upcoming activity and, with gamification on, Points and Badges.
Overview
How many times the learner opened a lesson with their personal link, their total time in lessons, and how many of their assigned lessons they finished. With gamification on, also their points, streak and challenges with the result, progress and deadline.
Details
Everything in the learner's profile: first and last name, email, phone, job title, team, location, date of hire, language, the vocative of their first name (where it applies), external ID, groups (click one to see its learners) and when they were added. Empty fields show “—”. To change them, use ⋯ → Edit.
Lessons
Every lesson assigned to the learner with its status (Assigned, In progress, Completed), deadline (Due 7 Nov, Overdue · 3 days, On time, Completed late), time, score and last interaction. Set / Change next to the deadline of an unfinished lesson sets a due date or removes it (Remove deadline). If the learner took a lesson again, the status and score are from their first result; the time includes every attempt. Share lesson assigns another lesson and gives you the learner's personal link to it, or sends it.
Sequences
The sequences the learner is in and where they are, with Achieved or Failed once the result by the sequence's completion criteria is clear. Add to sequence puts them into a running or paused sequence manually. See Sequences.
Recent activity
A timeline of what the learner did: lesson assigned, opened, started, completed, finished without passing — and the reminders they got (Reminder sent, with the channel and how many lessons it listed).
Upcoming activity
What is planned for the learner, soonest first: the next lesson each of their sequences will send (with the time and channel, or After completing a lesson when the sequence waits for the learner to finish the previous one), their next reminder (Reminder, with the lessons it will list), and the sequences they will join based on their date of hire. Items of a paused sequence show Sequence paused.
Points
Shown when points are on. Where every point came from, newest first: one row for each lesson the learner completed (points for correct answers with the number of cards, No mistakes or Lesson without questions), each completed sequence and each challenge completed on time. The Total at the bottom, with the points from this week, matches Points at the top of the profile. Retakes don't earn points, so they aren't listed.
Badges
Shown when badges are on. Every badge the learner has earned — your account's badges and the milestone badges — newest first, with its name, description (milestone badges) and the date it was earned.
Editing, link and removal
The learner's menu has Edit (a changed name is updated in their results too), Copy learner page link and Preview learner page (their My overview page), Reset link (when their personal link got to someone else) and Remove.
