Integrations
Connect Slack and SMS (Twilio) to share lessons where your people are.
Account settings → Integrations (account owners only). Available integrations depend on your plan.
Slack
Connect your Slack workspace to:
- send lessons to learners as a direct message from the Grizlet app (in Share and in sequences),
- import learners from Slack.
Learners are matched with Slack users by email, so their email in Grizlet must be the same as in Slack. Learners who can't be found in Slack get the invitation by email when sent by a sequence.
SMS (Twilio)
Send lessons by SMS from your own Twilio account. You need:
- Account SID and Auth Token — from Twilio Console → Account info. Only the Grizlet server reads the token.
- Sender — a phone number from your Twilio account (in the +420… format), or a name of up to 11 letters and numbers. Learners can't reply to a name.
SMS are paid to Twilio by your account. Learners need a phone number in their profile. The personal link is added to the end of each SMS.
