Spaces
Split your account into separate areas for departments or teams.
Account settings → Spaces (account owners only).
Spaces keep lessons, folders and sequences of different teams apart. Members see only the spaces they've been given access to. Learners, Media and themes are shared by the whole account.
- Create a space and give it a name.
- Give access — for each space, add team members as editors or viewers. You can also do this in the Spaces column of Team.
- Rename or delete a space from its menu. Only spaces without lessons can be deleted, and an account needs at least one space.
- Move lessons between spaces with Move to space in the lesson menu.
The number of spaces depends on your plan.
