Plan & usage
Your plan, its limits and how much you use.
Account settings → Plan & usage (account owners only) shows:
- Your plan — and, during a trial, when it ends.
- Usage — how much of each limit you use: team editors, learners, lessons, spaces, custom themes, storage, monthly AI credits and SMS.
- Features — which features (such as Slack or SMS) your plan includes.
Reaching a limit
When you hit a limit, Grizlet tells you and offers an upgrade. Click it to send an upgrade request; we'll get back to you.
Moving to a smaller plan
Nothing is deleted. Things over the new limits are put on hold until you upgrade again: the newest learners are suspended (their links show a message), extra editors become viewers, and extra spaces are hidden.
AI credits
Grizzi AI and AI presenter videos use AI credits. The credits reset every month.
