Learner experience
What learners see and get from you across all lessons.
Account settings → Learner experience (account owners only).
Under Emails to learners (lesson invitations, reminders and challenge notifications):
- Sender's name — learners see this name as the sender in their inbox, e.g. Jana Nováková. Optional; without it emails come from Grizlet.
- Reply address — when a learner replies to an email, the reply goes here. The address is also shown when a lesson can't be opened, so learners know whom to ask.
