Reminders
Choose how learners get reminders for unfinished lessons.
Learners who haven't finished their lessons get reminders automatically. How and when is described in Deadlines and reminders. Only the account owner can change this page.
Send reminders via
- Email — to the learner's email, with a link to each lesson.
- Slack — a direct message from the Grizlet app. Needs Slack connected.
- SMS — a short text with a link. Needs Twilio connected and counts towards your plan's SMS.
Slack and SMS are offered only if your plan includes them. If a reminder can't be delivered via Slack or SMS — the integration is no longer in your plan or was disconnected, the SMS limit is reached, the learner has no phone number or isn't in your Slack workspace — it's sent by email instead.
How reminders work
The page also lists the reminder rules: when the first reminder comes, how often they repeat, what happens around a deadline and when they stop. The rules are the same for every account for now.
