Running a sequence
Start, pause, change and monitor a sequence.
Statuses
- Draft — being prepared; nothing is sent.
- Running — learners are added by the trigger and lessons are sent.
- Paused — nothing is sent until you resume it. Learners can still be added manually.
Changing a running sequence
Start a draft with Start sequence. Once it has started, the status at the top right is a button: click Running and choose Pause sequence, or click Paused and choose Resume sequence.
Pause the sequence to make changes, edit it, then resume it. Learners who were already in the sequence keep going through the version they started with; the changes apply to learners who enter after you resume.
Monitoring
- The Sequences page lists every sequence: its language, what starts it (for example Every new learner in Sales or Added manually), its first lessons, its status, and Learners — how many finished out of everyone in the sequence, with a progress bar and the number still in progress. With challenges turned on, the Challenge column shows the challenge, its badge and deadline; for a draft or paused sequence without one, click Add to create it.
- In the sequence, the Learners tab shows each learner's state in every lesson, Upcoming activity what will be sent next and Recent activity what was sent.
- On a learner's profile you see their sequences.
