Grizzi AI

The built-in AI assistant that plans, writes and edits lessons with you.

Grizzi AI works in two places: in the space (to plan and create new lessons) and in the lesson editor (to change an existing lesson). Grizzi is available to editors.

Creating lessons with Grizzi

Click Create new…, pick what the training is for, then Let Grizzi AI create all, or Work with Grizzi on the Lessons page to continue your last conversation.

  1. Describe what you need. For example "Help me plan an onboarding series for new store staff" or "Turn the attached handbook into a few short lessons".
  2. Attach your materials with the paperclip or by dropping files into the window (see Attachments).
  3. Brainstorm and plan. Grizzi suggests lesson topics, structure and length. Each lesson follows a teaching approach — the one behind the use case you picked in Create new…, or one Grizzi suggests. Ask for changes until the plan suits you. Grizzi doesn't create anything at this stage.
  4. Ask Grizzi to create the lessons. Lessons appear one by one, both in the chat (click to open) and in the folder where you started.

Lessons created by Grizzi are drafts. Review them in the editor and in Preview before you publish.

You can close the window while Grizzi works. It shrinks into a small card in the bottom right corner that shows the progress and how many lessons are done. Grizzi keeps working even if you go to another page or close the browser tab. Click the card to open the chat again.

Conversations are private: only you see your own chats. Clear chat starts a new one.

In the lesson editor

Click Ask Grizzi in the editor header. Ask about the whole lesson or the selected card, for example:

  • "Shorten the texts on all cards"
  • "Add a short quiz after every section"
  • "Make the language friendlier for new starters"
  • "Rework this lesson as Practise decisions" (any of the teaching approaches or use cases)

Changes appear in the editor right away. Each answer can be undone with Undo these changes. To change a single card, use Improve with Grizzi on the card.

Grizzi keeps working on the lesson even if you leave the page. When you come back, the panel opens and shows the progress. Only Stop ends a running answer.
