Culture & values
Show how company values appear in everyday behaviour and decisions.
Values on a wall mean little. People understand them through stories of how someone decided in an ordinary, difficult moment.
Teaching approach: Tell a story. One character faces a dilemma; learners decide with them and see how the value plays out.
What the lesson looks like
| # | Card | What to write |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Card — Our value: … | The value and what it means here, in one sentence. |
| 2 | Card — Meet the character | Who they are and what situation they're in. |
| 3 | Card — The dilemma | The easy way and the right way differ. |
| 4 | Quiz — What would you do? | Three options; each comment tells the consequence. |
| 5 | Card — What they did | How the character acted on the value, and what happened. |
| 6 | Card — What it looks like day to day | Everyday examples, and what the value doesn't mean. |
| 7 | Form — Where have you seen this value in action? | A situation from their team. |
Tips
- One value per lesson.
- A real story from your company (anonymised, or told with permission) beats an invented one.
- Collect the form answers — they're great material for the next lessons and internal communication.
