Communication & collaboration

Build skills in giving feedback, resolving conflicts and working together as a team.

Feedback, conflicts and teamwork are about habits, and there is rarely one right answer. People change them by reflecting on their own experience and trying something small.

Teaching approach: Reflect & build a habit. From the learner's own experience to a simple model and an experiment for this week.

What the lesson looks like

Tips

  • One topic per lesson: feedback, a conflict, a meeting — not all at once.
  • Form answers are visible to your team in Results. Say so if the topic is personal.
  • A week later, send a short follow-up in a sequence: "How did your experiment go?"
