Procedures & tools
Show how to do a task correctly, use a system or operate equipment.
For a procedure, people need clear steps they can follow — and come back to when they need them.
Teaching approach: Step-by-step how-to. Minimum theory, one step per card, a checklist to take to work.
What the lesson looks like
| # | Card | What to write |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Card — When to use this | When the procedure applies and what you need. |
| 2–5 | Card — Step 1…4 | One step per card, with a screenshot or photo. |
| 6 | Ordering — Put the steps in the right order | Practice. |
| 7 | Checklist | The whole procedure to tick off. |
Add or remove step cards as the procedure needs.
Tips
- Start each step with a verb: "Open", "Check", "Send".
- A screenshot of the exact button or a photo of the machine is worth a paragraph of text.
- One procedure per lesson. Learners can find it again on their My overview page.
