Health & safety
Teach people to spot risks and respond safely in everyday and emergency situations.
Safety training works when people recognise a risk in their own workplace and know what to do first when something goes wrong.
Teaching approach: Practise decisions. Learners spot a risk, decide how to react and see the consequences. A myth-or-fact question clears up a common wrong belief, as in Bust myths.
What the lesson looks like
| # | Card | What to write |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Card — Spot the risk | A typical place or task at work, ideally with a photo. |
| 2 | Quiz — What's the biggest risk here? | The comment says why and what can happen. |
| 3 | Card — Why it's dangerous | What can happen and how often it really does. |
| 4 | Quiz — Something goes wrong. What do you do first? | Consequences per option. |
| 5 | Card — The right procedure | The steps, numbered. |
| 6 | Quiz — Myth or fact | A common belief about safety. |
| 7 | Checklist — Before you start work | What to check, wear and know. |
Tips
- Use photos from your own workplace. A generic stock photo doesn't train the eye.
- Use only your company's procedures. Grizzi won't make up safety rules — attach your safety guidelines when you plan with it.
- Repeat key safety lessons regularly with a sequence.
